On April 22, H.T & SOG welcomed a distinguished delegation from the Malaysian Rubber Products Manufacturers Association (MRPMA). The visit marked the beginning of an in-depth technical exchange themed “From Raw Materials to Solutions,” focusing on advanced manufacturing requirements and industrial collaboration.

An Overview of MRPMA 

Established in 1965, the Malaysian Rubber Products Manufacturers Association (MRPMA) is one of the most authoritative and influential organizations in Malaysia’s rubber industry. With more than half a century of industry experience, MRPMA has long been dedicated to promoting technological advancement, industrial upgrading, and global value chain integration.

By actively connecting Malaysia’s high-quality rubber resources with global premium application markets, MRPMA plays a key role in strengthening the international competitiveness of the rubber products industry. This visit to H.T & SOG was therefore a targeted technical study, aligned with the future demands of high-value and high-performance applications.

Comprehensive Tour Across an Integrated Industrial Chain

Accompanied by H.T & SOG’s core management team, the MRPMA delegation visited Factory 2, Factory 3, and Factory 4 (Xiangshun Factory), gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company’s integrated operations spanning production, management, and logistics.

Factory 2 integrates production, equipment maintenance, and quality inspection functions. Close coordination among these departments supports stable manufacturing capabilities covering precision production, mold maintenance, and full-cycle quality control.

Factory 3 focuses on three key areas: iron shell manufacturing, raw material management, and business coordination, demonstrating seamless vertical integration from raw materials to market execution.

Factory 4 (Xiangshun Factory) is equipped with automated warehousing systems, inventory packaging, and professional container loading facilities. A closed-loop supply chain from production to delivery has been established, ensuring efficient and reliable fulfillment of global orders.

Mutual Value Creation Through On-Site Exchange

        For H.T & SOG, the visit provided a comprehensive showcase of its end-to-end order fulfillment process and mature management capabilities, further reinforcing its position as a trusted and reliable manufacturing partner.

        For MRPMA and Malaysia’s rubber products industry, the on-site exchange offered valuable insights into the stringent requirements of advanced manufacturing, particularly in terms of material performance, process precision, and traceability. These insights help define a clear direction for future industrial upgrading and value enhancement.

Continuity: From Technical Exchange to Market Engagement

The mutual trust and consensus established during the spring visit continued to deepen in the following months. From August 26 to 28, H.T & SOG participated in the 2025 Malaysia International Rubber Industry Camp and Exhibition (IRICE) alongside the Taiwan Rubber Industry Association.

During the exhibition, H.T & SOG engaged in in-depth discussions with global industry partners, including representatives from Malaysia, to explore new cooperation opportunities. This interaction extended bilateral collaboration from technical dialogue to market-oriented engagement, transforming early-stage exchanges into broader prospects for future cooperation.
