2025 CIIF - China International Industry Fair

The 2025 Shanghai Industry Fair (i.e., China International Industry Fair), with the theme "New Industrial Quality, Intelligent Manufacturing Without Borders," was held at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center for five days. The 25th China International Industry Fair successfully concluded at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) on September 27, 2025.

Record-Breaking Scale
Over the five-day event, the fair brought together more than 3,000 exhibitors from 28 countries and regions worldwide. It featured 10 high-level forums and nearly 300 specialized events held concurrently.

Showcase of Cutting-Edge Technologies
Over a thousand new technologies and products made their debut, including nearly 400 representative achievements categorized as "extremely large, extremely powerful, extremely lightweight and small, extremely intelligent, and extremely precise." One special CIIF award, 10 CIIF awards, and professional CIIF awards across 12 fields were announced. This year’s Industry Fair highlighted the development trends of "high-end, intelligent, and green" initiatives in new industries, showcased global advancements in industrial technology, demonstrated the strong resilience of China’s industrial economy, and emphasized the innovative vitality of China’s industrial system in responding to global changes.

Deepened International Cooperation
According to organizer statistics, as of 2:00 PM on September 27, the fair attracted 224,000 professional visitors from 133 countries and regions, an 11% increase compared to the previous year. Online exposure reached 2.314 billion views, a 71.28% growth from the last edition. The number of exhibitors, exhibition area, visitor attendance, and overall influence of this year’s Industry Fair all reached historic highs, reflecting its strong brand influence and reach.

Special Events and National New Industrialization Seminar
As one of the three special exhibitions of this year’s Industry Fair, the "National New Industrialization and Major Achievements of the 14th Five-Year Plan Exhibition" showcased key structural components of the C919 large passenger aircraft, the power system model of the domestically built large cruise ship "Adora Magic City," and the 600 km/h high-speed maglev train, among other "national key assets." These achievements are supported by 1,500 foundational industrial projects, reflecting China’s strategic commitment to strengthening the real economy and overcoming core technological challenges.

Additionally, at the Standardization International Forum, part of the Industry Fair’s Science and Technology Forum held on September 26, the "Integration of Group Standards in the Yangtze River Delta Standardization Association" was officially launched, and the "Yangtze River Delta Future and Emerging Industries Standardization Development Report" was released. This initiative will break down regional barriers, promote mutual recognition of standards, and provide institutional support for building world-class industrial clusters in the Yangtze River Delta.
